Since 2020, we have been building a solid foundation for the collection of qualitative and quantitative data, with the goal of measuring and enhancing our positive impacts and opportunities, while also managing and reducing negative impacts and risks. From 2020 to 2023, data was collected and published through an annual Non-Financial Statement (NFS), in accordance with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards. Starting in 2024, the Sanlorenzo Group is required to report its sustainability information in compliance with the new Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), following the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) developed by the European Financial Reporting Advisory Group (EFRAG). As required by the directive, the full version of the report is included in the Management Report, which is part of the Annual Financial Report (
Financial results and documents). To make the information more accessible, Sanlorenzo has also decided to prepare a Sustainability Executive Summary.
